Group travel questions
Yes — around seven in ten of our group travellers book a single space. You share a twin room with a traveller of the same gender unless you pay the single supplement, and every departure has a facilitator whose job includes making sure nobody is left on the edge of the group.
It depends on the trip. Weekend getaways run 30 to 40 people, safaris 20 to 24, and mountain treks are capped at 14 so the guide ratio stays right.
Pay the deposit shown on the trip. Places are allocated in the order deposits arrive, not in the order of enquiries — popular departures fill within days of being published.
More than 30 days out, your deposit transfers to any future trip. Between 30 and 14 days, half transfers. Inside 14 days deposits are non-refundable because park fees and accommodation are already committed.
Yes. If you have 15 or more we can run a private departure on your own dates at group rates. Message us with your numbers and preferred window.
Yes. After the deposit you can pay the balance in instalments up to the departure date. For international trips the balance is due 21 to 30 days before travel because of ticketing deadlines.
