Yes. We issue proper tax invoices and can work to 30-day payment terms for established organisations, with a purchase order or LPO.
Four to six weeks for a straightforward team-building day; two to three months for a residential retreat or anything over 100 people, mainly because accommodation blocks need lead time.
Yes. Tell us the numbers and any vegetarian, halal or allergy requirements and it is built into the quote — never handled as an afterthought on the day.
Every outdoor programme has a wet-weather version, and we confirm which one is running the evening before. Venues are chosen partly on whether they have covered space.
